Illustrator CC 2014 Gives the option of live shape in Illustrator.

You’ll use the Live Corners feature to reshape the corners of an existing object which you describe. You will begin by using the Direct Selection Tool to manipulate the corners of a selected object to an approximate dimension and then understand how to control the corners on the dot.

You can choose single or more corner anchor points in a simple itinerary, or multiple anchor points across several paths in your art. When chosen, a Live Corners widget appears next to each corner point. Sweeping up a widget has the box point to shift shape, into one of three available corner types. The three available corner types are Round, Inverted Round, and Chamfer.
